The kitchens are gorgeous with their deep wood cabinets and granite counters and the common areas are styled tastefully with a luxury feel.

We love our high quality, beautiful, new apartment! Location is 10 minutes from Mall of America and 10 minutes from the Airport. My husband enjoys his short commute, and we love being nearby Historic Fort Snelling also. It’s a nice feel if you want a quiet area of town but near to the city! I really like living in such a comfortable apartment. It is very warm and cozy in winter and cool in summer. Excellent sound insulation, which improves the quality of life! I love the location of this apartment building. We go to our local school and visit the river often we use the bike paths. The staff is gracious and accommodating. The apartment is well insulated and the tub is gigantic.

The experience here is really good. Much like the name it feels like its own community and is its own corner. Having a store like Aldi right next to it is a benefit as well. Overall people are nice and following the guidelines for the apartments.

Friendly property managers, on site maintenance, kind neighbors, quiet units. We love the fireplace, high ceilings and in unit washer and dryer. We look forward to trying out the pool and hot tub this summer.
